応募いただく写真は応募者ご本人が撮影した写真に限ります。また、主催者が不適切または他者の権利侵害があると判断した写真や投稿は、応募対象外扱いとします。
投稿写真による肖像権等の第三者への権利侵害があった場合、主催者は一切の責任を負いません。
当選者の投稿写真はホテル公式ウェブサイト、ホテル公式SNSアカウントで引用するほか、各種媒体で使用する場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。個別にお知らせすることはいたしません。
当選者には宿泊券をランダムに抽選し進呈いたします。お1人さまの複数当選は除きます。
本キャンペーンに参加いただく際の諸費用はご本人の負担といたします。
賞品の転売行為ならびに転売にて入手した賞品の利用を固く禁じます。
いかなる場合も換金および再発行は致しかねます。
賞品の発送は日本国内に限らせていただきます。未成年者(高校生以下)のみのご宿泊は、親権者の同意書の提出が必要です。
当選のご連絡後、1週間以内に返信がない場合、当選を無効とさせていただきます。
本キャンペーンで取得した個人情報は、当選者への賞品の発送のみに利用いたします。

Please only post photos taken by him/herself. Photos and posts that the organizer considers inappropriate or infringes the rights of others, will be taken off the entry list.
Organizer will not be held responsible for any infringement of rights such as portrait rights of third parties caused by the posted photo.
Kindly note that the photos posted by the winner may be used in Hotel’s official website, official SNS as well as various other media without informing the winner personally.
The winners selected by random drawing will be given Hotel Accommodation Voucher. The same winner will not be selected twice.
All expenses incurring from participating in this campaign shall be paid by him/herself.
Resale of the prize and the use of prize obtained through resale is strictly prohibited.
The prize can not be exchanged for cash nor reissued at all circumstances.
The prize can only be sent to an address in Japan. Hotel stay of Minors (high school students and younger) only, requires consent by a parent or a guardian.
In case there is no response from the winner within 1 week, the winning result will become invalid.
The personal information obtained through this campaign will only be used for the purpose of sending the prize to the winner.
